HOA Association Manager Role: In this role, you will be responsible for 7-8 neighborhood/property portfolios and will provide outstanding and proactive customer service.

Provide excellent customer service at all times by attending to all calls and messages within 24 hours Responsible for driving neighborhoods to check for compliance with the HOA regulations, as well as observing the neighborhoods amenities, common areas, etc.

to ensure they are well maintained.

Coordination with vendors on various landscape, masonry, fence, etc.


Meet with vendors at the properties, ensure the work they are doing is being done and being done well.

Responsible for promptly responding to emails and calls from homeowners and answering questions and concerns.

The ideal person will be PROACTIVE in their approach to managing their portfolio.

As they are walking properties, if they see something that needs repaired or addressed, they will be proactive in connecting with vendors, obtaining a bid, and then presenting it to the Board Members instead of waiting to have it brought to their attention by the Board Members.

Attend occasional night HOA meetings with Board Members Restriction enforcement Provide excellent customer service.
HOA Association Manager Background Profile: Bachelor’s Degree preferred Association Manager experience working for an HOA is preferred MS Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills Outstanding customer service skills Desire to operate in a proactive manner Motivated to grow and advance with the company Take pride in your work and have a superior work ethic
