Your primary responsibility is growing, developing, and managing a sales territory to increase awareness and adoption of the siParadigm hereditary cancer testing services.

Through this activity, you will be expected to build and maintain professional relationships in physician offices with physicians and their staff.

The Role

We are looking for highly motivated, driven, and well-organized sales professionals to join siParadigm.

This position will report directly to a first line sales director.

This new hire will have the challenge of building and managing a successful sales geography.

As a key member of the sales organization, you will be expected to have a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit, combined with the ability to succeed at a strategic, tactical, and operational level.

You are a self-starter and will possess outstanding selling skills combined with solid business acumen.

The Ideal Candidate:
A sales ‘hunter’ mentality and a strong work ethic
1-5 years in the diagnostics space with a proven track record of success
Expertise selling into physician practices
Experience working in a start-up environment
Solid organizational, multi-tasking, time-management, and prioritization skills.
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
A coachable team player with solid interpersonal skills
Ability to manage the entire sales cycle
Experience working in medical startups / small growth companies

Job Responsibilities:
Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales activity goals and performance objectives
Efficient territory planning and management
Prospecting new accounts through cold calling and in-person visits to physician offices and hospitals
Establish and maintain close professional relationships with staff members in medical offices and hospitals
Understand the medical and clinical services we provide while leveraging knowledge of customer needs and competitive advantage to grow your territory above the minimum targeted rate
Utilize the company’s CRM as a tool for growth while logging daily activity and completing necessary reports as required
Attend sales meetings and training as required
Commit and contribute to the siParadigm team
