Bilingual Customer Service

This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted January 4, 2019.

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The ideal person will have the ability to take calls and follow up with clients.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponding to customer inquiry, processing orders, creating quotations, managing accounting queries. Outbound and inbound calls in both French and English. Responding to customers and ensuring to upsell and cross sell various products in a B2B environment with regards to high technology manufacturing products.

Qualifications and ExperienceMust be fluent in French and English with regards to both written and oral.Must have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role and working in conjunction with other departments such as Sales and Operations.
