Demonstrated ability to build consensus within a team towards a common technical goal Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage one-on-one at all levels of the organization. Preferred Skills/Experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Client Advanced Administrator and Certified Platform Developer certifications. Sales Cloud Administration: Products, Quotes, Orders and Collaborative Forecasts (ADM 251), Service Cloud Administration, and Service Cloud Administration (ADM 261) Technical development experience (Java, .NET, or similar) Integration technologies for middleware and enterprise service bus (ESB) including Tibco BusinessWorks / EMS, and message protocols/formats (JMS, MQ, SOAP, JSON, XML).
