Job Summary
Collaborates with interdisciplinary team in the delivery of patient care, utilizing the nursing process; provides professional nursing care to patients, including conducting nursing assessments, assisting with exams and treatment, patient education, and maintenance of medical records. Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center has expanded! We are looking for Trauma Med/Surg RNs for our West Tower.
Memorial Hermann The Woodlands is a Magnet & Level II Trauma Center with 397 beds. This Trauma Med/Surg unit will have 36 beds, specialty in trauma. Nurse to patient ratio is 1:4-5.
Patient types will include: falls, MVA, gunshot wounds, auto vs pedestrian, attempted suicides & blunt trauma.
*May consider LTAC, SNF & Mental Health/Psych RN experience in addition to acute care*
