SNI Companies has partnered with a growing organization looking to add an HR Generalist for a year long contract role. This is an opportunity to influence change after a recent acquisition and to work with an outstanding HR team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality resolution to HR issues
- Facilitate alignment of organization process, systems, and culture
- Drive a culture of growth, commitment, and positive employee relations
- Maintain Human Resource Information System (HRIS) records
- Maintain company organization charts and job descriptions
- Perform benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, and communicating benefit information to employees
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance, continuing education, and work assessments.
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 3-5 years HR experience at a minimum
- SHRM-CP or PHR required
