Job Description Job Title: Data Analyst Location: Remote (but ready to work in pacific time zone) Full Time Job Responsibilities: Major ask is that person should be familiar with Support process and has excellent communication as person has to work with various team to resolve problem (not only ticket) as L1.5 analyst Mandatory skill: Person should know how to handle customer issue for L1 and L1.5 and should have excellent communication in verbal/writing (this should come from account) Should have good understanding of SQL Able to report data from EXCEL and SQL Good to have Tableau integration/Visualization Familiarity with HR or Work force domain Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
