COVID Program Coordinator

Assist the C19 Program Manager in managing the health screening process, coordinating UTD contacts of those exposed or tested positive, and serve as a resource for training and education to the campus.

Position will work closely with HR, Research, OEMCP, Student Affairs and others and serves as the resource for employees to call first if they have questions, concerns or are calling to report a positive test result or known exposure with a close contact.

This position will manage manage COVID federal leave as needed.

Minimum Education and Experience .High school graduate or equivalent.

Preferred Education and Experience Customer service experience preferred.

Administrative experience a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Campus/Contact tracing COVID-19 resource for employees Proactive testing program administrative support Physical Activities Working Conditions Additional Information In addition to Monday-Friday, this position does have a rotating weekend on-call schedule; approximately 4 weekend hours per month.
