nn Crescent Bank is looking for a talented professional to fill an open position as a Collection Specialist .

The Collections Services Specialist will assist the Collections teams and work in a high volume, fast-paced inbound and outbound environment.

This role specializes in accounts that require special treatment outside of normal collection activities.

This role will primarily work on the phone and handle inbound and outbound calls and include managing inbound and outbound text message volume, speaking with bi-lingual customers, working returned mail, and similar tasks.

All work is done in compliance with the Banks’ policy/procedures and applicable regulations and legal statutes.

This role has a specialized and higher skill level, dealing with more complex account scenarios.

nn nn nn n n Job Requirements: n Inbound/Outbound customer contact to collect on delinquent accounts and negotiate payment arrangements to help customers stay current with their loan obligation Manage collection efforts with a high level persuasiveness and professionalism on accounts across different delinquencies Handle customer complaints, resolves problems, or refers customers to the appropriate bank representative for resolution Assigns vehicles for repossession as necessary The candidate will need to become Call-Model certified.

Familiarity of collections operations, loan repayment schedules, consumer loan contractual obligations, and the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act Bilingual
– English and Spanish Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding work environment Results-driven, persistent, and reliable Ability to follow internal procedures and controls
