n n nn Provides quality care and assistance to residents in accordance with the resident philosophy and policies and resident rightsnn nn Assists residents in meeting their physical, emotional and spiritual needsnn nn Adheres to each resident’s Level of Care (LOC), notifies supervisor of any changes in resident’s conditionnn nn Answers and responds to resident calls in a timely mannernn nn Assists residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)nn nn Checks residents every two (2) hours and reports findingsnn nn Encourages residents to attend meals in the dining room by escorting to and from Dining roomnn nn Assists residents with meals in ways that meet their individual needs and desires, while being cognizant of changes in appetites and physical abilities to eat and drinknn nn Assists with cleaning and setting the dining room as directed by supervisornn nn Assists with cleaning and tidying resident’s room as directed by supervisornn nn Assists with resident’s personal laundry as directed by supervisornn nn Establishes and maintains good relationships with residents and their familiesnn nn Disposes of all incontinent products according to OSHA regulations and Company policynn nn Practices proper body mechanics when lifting following safety guidelinesnn nn Responds to resident emergenciesnn nQualificationsn nBehaviorsn nn Preferred nn nn Team Player : Works well as a member of a group nn nn Detail Oriented : Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well nn nMotivationsn nn Preferred nn nn Self-Starter : Inspired to perform without outside help nn nnEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilitiesnn nnThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
