Kelly Services, a global leader in staffing solutions, is looking to identify A Process Prep Operator for a leading medical care provider.

This position is a Temp-to Hire openings with a premiere employer in the area Irving, Texas , 75063 See position details below: Pay: $14.00 per hour Hours: Sunday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Scheduled to start: Duration : long term contract Temp to Perm : Transition to a perm employee would be 90 days, based up performance and attendance.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities Maintains a clean and orderly working area in production departments/rooms, meeting GMP standards.

• In production departments/rooms and under close supervision, responsible for cleaning machines, conveyors, walls, floors, light fixtures, vents, windows, etc.

according to GMP and FDA standards
• Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgement
• Empties garbage in production areas, as needed
• Completes housekeeping logs for area of responsibility
• Advises supervisor of needed supplies and shortages
• Advises supervisor of maintenance items needing attention
• Regularly communicates with line supervisors to resolve issues and ensure that all duties are being done well
• Maintains general housekeeping of working area and plant
• Follows all Fresenius policies
• Normally receives detailed instructions on all work
• May refer to higher level staff for assistance with day-to-day problems that may arise
• Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution, as deemed necessary
• Regular attendance and maintaining a good attendance record is an essential function of the job
• Reviews and complies with the code of business conduct and all applicable company policies and procedures, local, state, and federal laws and regulations

Education
• High School Diploma required Experience and Required Skills:
• Minimum 0 -1 years of related experience and/or training
• Ability to learn the operations within the production rooms
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organizations
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s.

ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one
– or two-step instructions
• Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

• Basic Windows, Excel (spreadsheets) and Word processing knowledge.
