We cant wait for you to discover this for yourself as a Technology Strategy Leader on our Global Services team in Austin, TX.Role Responsibilities: Lead technology strategy efforts of Dells Client Solutions Group Product Management business within Dell Technology Services Understand the core business processes and apply current technology trends to innovate / transform for the future Envision & Design the technology roadmaps and ecosystems to support efforts associated with both internal and external customers Coordinate the roadmap of the current, critical business systems while driving new delivery technology Design customer first processes, demonstrating an ability to create conceptual mock-ups and process maps Drive change through people, process and technology innovation Coordinate with various cross-functional program management offices Stay knowledgeable of cutting-edge technology trendsRequirements 14 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience in the Services industry relating to product and technology strategies Previous experience as a technology leader or driving strategic technology product Working knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies, leveraging Cloud (Azure, Google, AWS), custom developed applications and SaaS based tools Experience leading cross-functional teams and initiativesDell is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
