About This Job: Oversee and lead a team of personnel focused on engineering tasks, including software development, product releases, and technical issues.

In addition to hiring and training staff and delegating work assignments, the you must also collaborate with colleagues to identify and repair technical issues.

Must be able to evaluate their team’s work processes and best practices and implement changes to streamline operations.

Responsibilities : Analyzing end users’ needs and engineering applications to meet those needs Creates and implements short and long-term strategy in terms of technological growth Creating service and engineering goals for their team in line with company’s goals and managing those team members throughout the year through coaching and evaluation Participates in creating new products and services where technology is concerned Develop troubleshooting programs and supervise system modifications Create and implement risk mitigation processes and conduct security audits to determine weaknesses in applications Supports business objectives by collaborating with business partners to identify opportunities; addressing high-priority initiatives (for example, business strategy, technical feasibility, implementation alternatives) Identifying short
– and long-term solutions; and leading cross-functional partnership.

70% hands-on coding, 30% management and leadership Job Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline minimum; Master’s Degree preferred.

Must have excellent technical abilities and strong design thinking.

Applicable skills include the following: mobile or web based systems; security principles; open source tools; programming languages like Java, NodeJS, ReactJS, PostgreSQL, CICD, Devops, MicroService Architecture, Event Based Architecture, skills a must.

Nice to have skills in data space like – Big data, AI/ML, PowerBI, PowerApp.

Strong leadership skills to motivate team members and know how to efficiently make important decisions.

Must have strong communication skills to oversee personnel and foster collaboration with other organizational departments.

Must display a high degree of adaptability in order to learn new technologies as needed and successfully manage the daily challenges of a technical environment.

Ability to work in an Agile / SCRUM environment.

Self-directed with a start-up/entrepreneur mindset Work Experience: 10-12 years, Complex System Design Skills and Experience in developing software products.

Extensive Technical Breadth with multiple Disciplines: Software engineering, Integration, Data Security, Infrastructure etc.

recent hands on experience in the technology and engineering field; building and leading teams; providing solutions; managing resources both onshore and offshore.
