Principal Systems Development Engineer, Memory Systems Engineering, Server & Infrastructure Systems, DellEMCDell is seeking a Principal Systems Development Engineer to serve as the Lead Engineer for a high-performing systems engineering team focused on the systems engineering, validation and integration of legacy and emerging memory technologies in our industry leading client and server platforms.

The integration of this critical commodity and the emerging memory technology into HW/SW subsystems represents a complex, exciting and challenging area of growth in the Enterprise, Client, and Storage computing segments.In this high-visibility position, you will provide technical and business direction for your team, partner with platform development and systems engineering teams globally, and facilitate the integration of key technologies via design activities both within your team and across the broader client and server engineering organizations.

Responsibilities also include managing technical and business relationships with technology partners.The successful candidate will have the following portfolio of experience and talent: BS EE or CE degree required; Masters degree preferred 6 years of experience in memory IP, system design or architecture 2 years of experience in leading a technical team Ability to manage multiple projects and produce deliverables in a timely and accurate manner Disciplined, structured and logical approach to problem solving Business relationship experience with technology suppliers Track record of delivery against deadlines is required Proven ability to lead cross-functional development teams Ability to learn and apply statistical analysis to complex business problems Persuasive communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills Exemplarily How behaviors in pursuit of results Dell is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
