PMO Admin Contract Opportunity (4 months) The PMO Admin is responsible for supporting, promoting, and improving the Client’s Project Management Office (PMO) processes and services.

This includes documenting PMO standards and processes, training stakeholders on PMO processes, and producing reports required to manage a portfolio of projects.

Major responsibilities of the position are listed below.

To perform the job successfully, the individual must be able to execute each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities:
• Produce PMO reports including comprehensive project portfolio status reports and dashboards to gauge performance to metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Maintain high-quality documentation and train stakeholders on PMO processes.

• Facilitate the project intake process by coordinating with sponsors to define project business cases and review proposals with leadership.

• Work with stakeholders to ensure compliance with PMO processes.

• Ensure data in the project repository is current and accurate at all times.

• Provide project management support to projects (as needed).
