TITLE PEOPLESOFT HCM eRecruit Business Analyst We have a local, Dallas client that is hiring a PeopleSoft HCM eRecruit Functional Business Analyst, with a strong Human Capital Management (HCM) ndash Recruiting Solution background in applicant tracking system for recruiting candidates for the enterprise). Our client is a recognized employer in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, known for their Enterprise PeopleSoft footprint. This candidate will partner with customers and IT teams to implement an advanced applicant tracking system designed to expedite the hiring process. Check out our video for this role! httpstinyurl.comzk4peu8d You will be working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SME), PeopleSoft (PPS) Analysts, other PPS Developers, and Administrators to transform business requirements and system requests into technical specifications in support of the PeopleSoft ERP HCM and eRecruit solutions. The successful candidate must be a self-starter able to dive in, resolve ambiguity, and achieve results. Excellent communication skills are a MUST! The candidate must also have a high attention to detail with proven success in working with multiple stakeholders and managing and meeting deadlines. Herersquos how you will impact the Enterprise middot You will be instrumental in creating requirements documents, maintain application, configuration, test, support (issue management, request fulfillment). middot Provide expert analysis for the PeopleSoft Human Resources Core HR, Workforce Administration, Workforce Development, Recruiting, and Base Benefits, Benefits Administration. middot Apply your skills in Employee Self Service transaction setup and configuration using fluid and mobile technologies. middot Manage the Self-Service transaction setup and configuration using fluid and mobile technologies. middot Utilize your solid working knowledge in PeopleSoft 9.19.2 HCM suite with specialty in the following modules Core HRWorkforce AdministrationWorkforce Development Position Management Profile Management Third Party Interfaces (PeopleAdmin, Windstar, Image Now, Equifax) and AWE ndash Workflow, notifications, event triggers. middot Access the Cherwell (Incident and Problem Management, Request Fulfillment, Change Management) for task management. We Can Get You an Interview for This Position If You Have middot Over 7+ years of Information Technology experience in the PeopleSoft v9.1v9.2 environment. middot 4+ years HCM Suite implementation knowledge focusing on PeopleSoft Human Resources Core HR, Workforce Administration, Workforce Development, Recruiting, and Base Benefits, Benefits Administration. middot Solid working knowledge of all phases of the application development life cycle specifically business case development, modeling techniques and methods and ability to conduct costbenefit analysis. middot Ability to work well with people in all levels of the organization and handle a fast paced, dynamic environment where competing interests and working multiple priorities is the norm. middot Documenting and organizing business requirements and future state processes. middot Translating and simplifying business requirements middot Expertise in testing PeopleSoft HCM modules including integrating PeopleSoft with non-PeopleSoft Applications. middot Must have strong organization and communication (written and oral) skills and the ability to manage time and multiple tasks with minimal direct management. middot Self-motivated, innovative person with analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changes and new ideas. middot Expertise with software development lifecycle and ITIL methodologies. middot Ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments, and projects. middot Self-motivated, directed, and passionate. middot Ability to work well with people in all levels of the organization and handle a fast paced, dynamic environment where competing interests and working multiple priorities is the norm.
