We are hiring for an Human Resources Coordinator on our team in our El Segundo office.

Responsibilities: RESPONSIBILITIES:Actively engage and communicate with candidates (Frontline Care/caregivers) in the pipeline dailyConduct professional reference checks and verify nationwide criminal background check/live scan clearanceVerify applicable requirements and certifications including employment eligibility requirements (I9 documents), TB Tests, Physicals, CPR, First Aid, etc.Update and maintain candidate workflow in our applicant tracking system (iCIMS)Promptly schedule cleared candidates for weekly new hire orientationsPartner with TA Specialists/Coordinators to discuss recruitment strategy and Operations to align on staffing needsTrack and meet set hiring goals and metricsCross train with teammates on conducting New Hire Orientation and onboardingPerform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned & comply with all state and federal regulations Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS:1-2 years’ of customer service experience with a genuine interest in human resourcesDetail-oriented with exceptional organizational skillsStrong work ethic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work unsupervisedExemplary leadership skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a “can do” attitude & enthusiasmBENEFITS & PERKS: COVID-19 RESPONSE:As an essential service, 24 Hour Home Care is committed to being part of the solution
