The HR Administrator carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment, employee payroll/benefits, and HR policy.

The recruiting function covers proactively seeking and maintaining a qualified candidate pool, scheduling interviews, coordinating pre-hire paperwork, setting up drug tests and background screens and onboarding.

Employee payroll and benefits responsibilities include processing payroll and implementing the employee benefits programs to our employees.

HR policy implementation includes maintaining out-of-office records, sick leave, bereavement and HR personnel files.
