Ability to triage, labor, deliver, and recover patients, as well as provide couplet care and breastfeeding education for both mother and baby.Scrub Requirements: Royal BlueHospital Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 4 bed LDRP (Labor/Delivery/Recovery/Postpartum). 4-bed separate Nursery for sick babies. Mainly deliver babies 35-weeks gestation on up. Average 30 to 35 deliveries per month.Other: Holiday+$10, OT +$10, Callback +$10, Charge $0, On-Call $4Contract Orientation: 40 hours billed at 50% of regular bill rate. Cancellation Clause: THR may cancel contract staff up to twenty-four (24) hours per 13-week segment without penalties.==== BILLING NOTICE ==== Please review Master Affiliate Agreement before submitting candidate.? Candidates can go permanent after working 6 months at facility with no buyout fee.? Staffency holds the direct relationship with the hospital system and will manage all hospital postings for contingent staffing.? Any and all communication will go directly through Staffency. Any Affiliate Provider directly contacting the hospital will be in violation of their Affiliate Provider Agreement.? Staffency will manage all billing for this client.? Invoices are not to be sent to the hospital.? Staffency does reverse billing which will be sent on a weekly basis and Affiliate Provider has 5 business days upon receipt to review and rebut the billing.? For facilities that require timecards to be filled out by travelers, timecards are due by 12:00 pm central standard time Monday s or will be emailed to Affiliate Provider with clients utilizing Electronic timekeeping.? Staffency will be on-boarding all new starts.? All credentialing for new starts must be uploaded into the Staffency portal the Wednesday prior.? Deadlines are determined by Staffency s Compliance Coordinator.? The Compliance Coordinator will be emailing the compliance checklist and calling your compliance team upon receiving the signed traveler confirmation. ??????
