Shift: Days,8a-4:30p, 8×5, 40 hours per week
Length: 13-26 weeks
Requirements:
- TX is part of the PT compact privilege states
- 1 year experience
- BLS
- Home Care Home Base, Oasis required
- Must have Previous Adult Home Health Experience

• Milage Reimbursement IRS Standard
• Must meet 30 productivity points
• OT preapproved by branch
• No on call unless stated upfront

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
