Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – PT Home Health
Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p (8×5) 40 hours per week
Length: 13-26 weeks
No on call unless stated upfront
Requirements:
- This state is part of the PT compact privilege states
- 1 year experience
- Must have Previous Adult Home Health Experience
- Home Care Home Base, Oasis required
- BLS
- Will consider temp to hire
- Milage Reimbursement IRS Standard
- Must meet 30 productivity points
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required – Medical/Religious Exemptions Only

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
Estimated Weekly Rate: $1538.42 per week
