The Vivify Health Clinical Consultant is responsible for participating in consulting activities, under the direction of the Director of Clinical Consultants, to assist Customers in achieving their operational and financial performance and quality patient outcomes.  The Clinical Consultant is responsible for developing and delivering clinical consulting and educational programs supporting the pre-sales, implementation, and maintenance cycles for Vivify Health remote care solutions.

This role participates with the account and implementation teams for the project life-cycle, advising on Vivify Health solution alignment with clinical best practices for remote care.  Consulting and recommendations related to clinical workflows and processes affected by Vivify Health solutions are responsibilities of this position.

Additional consulting and training subject matter includes functionality of Vivify Health solution and related software applications, knowledge of biometric devices and complementary integrations.  This position requires expertise in clinical practice consulting, clinical workflow in the acute and post-acute care settings, solution-based implementation project management, and experience delivering training in a clinical setting.  As directed by the Director of Clinical Consultants, the Clinical Consultant role will be focused on, but not exclusively limited to, the activities outlined below.

Primary Responsibilities:
Research, design, implement and evaluate customizable, comprehensive workflow and clinical consultative programs in direct support of remote care platform solution Provide clinical consulting support throughout the project lifecycle including pre-sales demonstrations, solution design workshops, workflow analysis, solution training, go-live support, and post-implementation consulting and support Perform content needs analysis with Vivify Health customers and other subject matter experts to assist in design and development of consulting tool kit, project templates, checklists, and training materials as assigned Develop expertise in Vivify Health solutions functionality and application to customer requirements Develop relevant metrics that demonstrate achievement of operational and clinical goals, and show effectiveness of the remote care program from the perspective of the customer and the industry

Required Qualifications:
Maintain license as a Registered nurse in good standing with the Board of Nursing, plus a minimum of 5 years clinical experience in a clinical setting Experience in process management in acute and or post-acute clinical areas Demonstrated ability to align clinical practices, process management and understanding of products into a customized, consultative program for healthcare customers Fluency with public speaking and platform training Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook Ability to travel 60%-75% to meet the expectations of the position and serve our customer’s needs If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener.

Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Experience with the healthcare software industry  Remote Patient Monitoring software experience Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills Ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts to all levels internally and with customers
