The Recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified.

Recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the manager.

The recruiter will provide information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding process, credentialingnn nnand community offerings.nn nn n nn nnSUPERVISOR –Manager of Recruitmentnn nn n nn nnESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:nn nn
• In conjunction with Manager of Recruitment prepares recruitment strategy.nn nn
• Effectively utilizes existing recruitment resources and develops new sources and contacts.nn nn
• Manage the recruitment and placement process for Per Diem openings including: identifying and screening candidates to match position requirements, submitting candidates to hiring manager, arranging interviews, and following-up for feedback.nn nn
• Utilizes effective interviewing techniques when interviewing candidates to ensure fit for the position.

Considers both clinical and behavioral aspects.nn nn
• Sell candidates on the merits of employment with HCA/HealthTrust.

Uses creativity, communication and sales skills to best meet the needs of the candidate and hospitals.nn nn
• Negotiate salary, close deals, & verify start dates.nn nn
• Maintains communication with applicants to keep them active within the HealthTrust System.nn nn
• Maintains and enters applicant information in applicant tracking system.nn nn
• Refers candidates to other positions or divisions as appropriate.nn nn
• Inspire, develop and motivate recruiting team members in a challenging, fast paced, growth driven and rapidly changing environment.nn nn
• Collaborate with Recruiting team to both develop and lead recruiting programs (e.g.

college recruiting initiatives, internship programs, community outreach, advertising) that effectively generate qualified leads to strengthen candidate pipelinenn nn
• Have passion for candidate experience; constant thought about how to improve the experience for candidates and treating them as HealthTrust customersnn nn
• Serves as a professional role model to mentors others on the teamnn nn
• Assists in coordinating and conducting training for teamnn nn
• Assist in building our market presence by identification and participation in networking organizations and events.nn nn
• Provide superior customer service to both clients and candidates.nn nn
• Works collectively with all members of the team to advance production and business goalsnn nn
• Continuously develop applicant base through recruiting, reactivating and referrals.nn nn
• Use Social Media to recruit applicants and ability to interface with passive seekers.nn nn n nn nnKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES – This position requires the following minimal requirements:nn nn
• 5+ years proven track record of success in sales/production recruiting environment.nn nn
• Excellent oral and written communication skillsnn nn
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple prioritiesnn nn
• High level of proficiency with MS Office products including Outlook, Word and Excelnn nn
• Ability to work well independently and within a team environmentnn nn
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.nn nn
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Intermediate to advanced computer skillsnn nn
• Strong communication skills both verbal and writtennn nn
