ServiceNow Technical Architect

This is a Full-time position in Austin, TX posted March 5, 2021.
This position is responsible for managing, designing, developing and implementing solutions for ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM and other supporting modules to address complex business issues.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and execute software solutions to address business issue
- Provide technical leadership for ServiceNow development
- Provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership to our IT team
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform
- Collaborate with clients, quality assurance and end users to produce automated testing solutions
- Troubleshoot code level problems quickly and efficiently
- Leads selection and adoption of specific tools to facilitate compliance with established methodologies
Work Experience Required:
- Experience with ServiceNow (Preferably 5 years)
- Broad and extensive knowledge of the software development process and its technologies
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ‘s architectural styles and design patterns
- Understanding of various coding methods and computer languages (Javascript, Java, etc.)
- Data modeling and database design experience
