Overview: Electrical Products is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer / Test Systems Software Engineer .

The Principal Electrical Engineer will report to the Receiver Exciter and Signal Processing (RESP) Department, supporting the Multi-Function Radar Frequency System (MFRFS) product line located in McKinney, Texas.

Job Description This role is for a sub-system Principal Electrical Engineer /Test Systems Software Engineer with domain knowledge of electronic CCA/module/LRU level testing to drive test systems development with a focus on test systems software architecture.

Experience must include development of complete systems where delivered product and test solution factors are evaluated to develop preferred test approach.

Test solutions including alignment between product performance testing as well as production acceptance test / stress screening.

The role of Principal Electrical Engineer /Test Systems Software Engineer requires cross-functional collaboration with mechanical, electrical, systems, and embedded software engineering teams.

The Principal Electrical Engineer /Test Systems Software Engineer must be experienced in design, and testing of analog, digital, mixed signal circuits, FPGAs, CCAs, Units and Interconnect for electronics subsystems.

Test software experience in TestStand Framework is most valued.

The Principal Electrical Engineer /Test Systems Software Engineer will work from requirements to finished product, considering peripheral impacts of design choices assuring robust design of circuits and assemblies.

Ability to obtain U.S.

security clearance is required.

Except in rare circumstances, only U.S.

citizens are able to obtain a security clearance.

Required Skills: 8 years related technical experience across entire product lifecycle Test Software experience with TestStand LabView, C/C++, and/or Python Experience in Operations and Factory environments including: procedure development, test, training, transition planning, installation, and deployment This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance.

Required Education: BS degree in Engineering, Math, Science or related technical discipline (STEM) Desired Skills: Solid experience in design, analysis, development, breadboarding, troubleshooting and testing of analog/digital/mixed signal circuits systems, modules, CCAs, units and subsystems including the components these electronics drive Experience with requirements development and flowdown of higher level requirements to lower level modules or components (i.e.
