Maintenance Supervisor

This is a Contract position in Coppell, TX posted March 26, 2020.

Little Raymond’s Print Shop, a subsidiary of Scalable Press looking for top talent We are seeking a reliable, full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.

In this role, this person will be in charge of monitoring, supervising and following up on the work of the maintenance staff which includes being responsible for setting up, repairing, and troubleshooting facility machinery and equipment.

Additional responsibilities may include installing and maintaining equipment, performing preventative maintenance and repairs, and applying knowledge in a variety of skilled trade areas.

This person will need to plan, schedule, and supervise the maintenance staff in the performance of their daily activities.

Candidates must be able to lift, push and pull up to 75 lbs.

General maintenance skills in manufacturing, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience is required.

Must have reliable transportation, be punctual, team-oriented, and willing to work long hours.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Previous experience in maintenance within a production and warehouse facility, preferably in the screen-printing industry.

Electrical experience needed.

Experience with minor pneumatic, hydraulics, and HVAC.

Mechanical experience in a manufacturing setting required Must be comfortable communicating and working with outside contractors and vendors.

Experience working with blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.

Ability to use hand/power tools.

Welding experience is a plus.

Required Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED.

Related Technical/Maintenance Certification or equivalent.

Minimum of 5 years of general production facility experience.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.

Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience
