As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions.

As a Customer Service Specialist I, you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager.

This role is based in Dallas, TX.

Your impact as a Customer Service Specialist I

Access Plans is a national membership marketing company that provides membership programs to a variety of industries including: healthcare, retail, banking, consumer finance and member-based associations.

Its leading program is a membership-based healthcare savings program designed to significantly reduce out-of-pocket medical expenses at affordable rates to the consumer while helping the medical community receive accelerated payment for their services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls to assist members and providers.

    Call types vary from client to client so flexibility and the ability to multi-task is required.

  • Document all calls, changes, and any problems that may arise in our databases.
  • Follow up with clients on needed resolutions.
  • Experience in healthcare with provider networks and physician offices are a plus.
  • Working with vendors, clients and members to help solve problems.

Required Experience

  • Flexible schedule
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated
  • Prior call center experience is highly desired
  • Computer (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Copier/Fax Machines, telephone systems
  • Customer Service experience
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent work experience
