Our reputable client in the Security industry is looking for a professional Receptionist to join their team in West Downtown core area. This role involves maintaining the front desk and providing superior customer and internal support. The ideal candidate is someone who is outgoing, personnable and organized.

  • Greet and guests and clients with a positive attitude
  • Responsible for answering and transferring phone calls
  • Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide additional office support such as faxing/photocopying/mailing and filling documents

  • Minimum one year experience working within an office environment
  • Minimum one year experience working in customer service
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize workload
