Receptionist and Administrative Assistant

Our client in the private sector is seeking a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join the team at their downtown office!

Roles and Responsibilities
-Act as a front point of contact for the office
-Answering and screening calls, directing and greeting visitors
-Arranging couriers and distributing mail
-Filing, Photocopying, and Scanning
-Ordering and maintaining office supplies
-Update staff directories
-Book and prepare meeting rooms
-Maintaining the client database
-Prepare binders and other packages as needed

Qualifications and Experience
-Must have minimum 1 year related administrative experience, ideally in an office environment
-Must be proficient in MS Office
-Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong client service skills
