Bilingual Administrative and Records Assistant Part Time


This is a Part-time position in Ottawa, ON posted January 9, 2019.

Seeking a fluently bilingual administrative resource for a permanent position with excelHR’s crown corp client. This is a great long term opportunity to gain administrative experience and contribute to a valuable and hard-working team R

oles and ResponsibilitiesEnter data into the computer system
Open, close, establish and maintain files
Establish, process, update and provide copies of records and lists
Maintain and produce statistical data reports
Research and respond to enquiries or problems brought to his/her attention by local, regional and national officers or individual members and reply, in the appropriate language
Compose, type and distribute routine memos, correspondence or other materials, in the appropriate language
Reconcile returned cheques and stale-dated cheques
Operate electronic equipment such as personal computers, printers, photocopiers and fax machines
Staff reception desk and answer telephone as assigned and/or on an as required basis
Qualifications and Experience

MUST BE FLUENT (Spoken and written) in English and French
Excellent data entry proficiency
1+ years of experience working in a similar role

Salary: 33.22$ per hour
