Administrative Assistant (AM)


This is a Full-time position in Cypress, TX posted March 18, 2021.

Ultimate Staffing has partnered with a client in the Cypress, TX area to fill two Administrative Support positions – Administrative Assistant and HR Administrative Assistant. Both positions are direct hire opportunities. Salary ranges $33K – $37K.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside various teams, managers, colleagues, and companies to provide administrative support.
  • Create, edit, and distribute weekly reports.
  • Handle incoming calls from vendors and third party clients.
  • Assemble, prepare and verify billing documents.
  • Assist with payroll, unemployment, new hire setups, and more.

Requirements for Administrative Assistant:

  • 2+ year of recent experience in a similar position.
  • Experience within the Logistics/Transportation industry.

Requirements for HR Administrative Assistant:

  • 2+ year of recent experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of Human Resource responsibilities such as unemployment claims, payroll, new hire reports, termination, etc.
  • Experience within the Logistics/Transportation industry is a plus.
