Customer service/ Office Clerk

This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted November 30, 2018.

Office clerk required for our client, a service company located in the east end of Ottawa. The ideal individual will have strong customer service skills, enjoy coming to work everyday and provide exceptional support to the public, be bilingual in English and French as well as possess some office experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

Answering the telephone & scheduling/dispatching service calls.
Transmitting warranty information to customers.Inventory management; ordering, receiving and distributing parts.
Returning defective and not required parts to suppliers and maintaining credits.
Verifying parts orders, maintaining office and truck parts stock.
Completing some accounts payable.
Qualifications and Experience

Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.Have 1 year + of office experience, ideally in a similar role where is provides customer service.
Strong asset to be bilingual in English and French.
Must own a vehicle as this location is not bus accessible.
Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles is considered an asset.

Hours of work: Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm
Must have access to a vehicle as the office location is not bus friendly
