Client Executive – Service Provider Financial Sales


This is a Full-time position in Richardson, TX posted November 16, 2021.

In this individual contributor role, you will be working as part of a captive finance team to facilitate sales and maximize value for Cisco products and services.

You are a strong and organized consensus builder with the flexibility and knowledge to identify and develop the best transaction for Cisco, its channel partners and its customers.

Serving as the Client Executive for US Cable and Media accounts you will manage the necessary internal and external relationships to deliver on customer outcomes and Cisco success.

You will be aligned to Cisco’s US Cable and Media customer segment and representing Cisco Capital as the voice into Cisco’s area leadership to ensure effective account planning, forecast rhythms, quarterly business reviews, and strategic architecture sales objectives are enabled through Capital.

In addition, you will be responsible for the orchestration, communication, and alignment between Cisco Capital financial solution managers, financial partners, and Cisco commercial accounts.

You’ll be part of the Cisco Capital Americas Service Provider team organization, Cisco’s Americas Service Provider field teams, Cisco SP Partners, and Cisco Capital Financial Partner organizations to provide market leading financial and payment solutions.

Specifically, the Client Executive.

role will have Cisco Capital trusted advisership, go-to-market, and organizational oversight within the US SP area.

This role will report to the Sales Director for North America SP.

We depend on our Client Executives to deliver the long-term success of the Cisco Capital Service Provider Segment via organizational alignment, effective GTM program implementation, effective partnership with our financial partners, and communication strategies to improve relevance and increase value.

• You are adept at balancing intense short-term pressures with overall long-term goals.

• You will have a strong executive presence, EQ, and are financially astute

• You have excellent communication skills and ability to persuade –
– using simple communications that convey complex concepts in a compelling, concise, and creative way.

• You are capable of aligning financial goals to business outcomes, educating and driving stakeholders to deliver holistic programmatic solutions.

• Enjoy engaging in challenging activities, creating solutions for customers, driving impactful programs, learning in a fast-paced environment, and asking questions

• Detailed oriented

• Has the ability to work independently
