You will be charged with developing and executing on the strategic vision for our growing organization and managing a high performing team in all aspects of finance, accounting and financial operations.

The CFO must possess an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to rapidly and creatively adjust plans based on the changing needs of our business.

This role is a member of the senior leadership team and plays a vital part in ensuring our business are equipped with the financial resources necessary to achieve our goals and growth targets.

· Cash Ratio Accountabilities: Preparing budgets, forecasts and complex financial projections Maximizing cash flow Reviewing and analyzing monthly financial statements Establishing policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and accuracy of management reports Understanding how finance and business operations are interrelated and harmonizing the two Developing and maintaining an effective capital structure Overseeing tax planning and strategy Negotiating with lenders and other funding sources Maintaining relationships with banks and sureties Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions Hire, manage and develop a high performing finance and accounting staff Supervise the day-to-day duties of financial management ensuring they are carried out accurately and efficiently including: The performance of accounting, bookkeeping and cash-flow tasks Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly financial statements Effective accounts payable and accounts receivable practices Month end close and financial reporting processing Partnering with Administrative Services department for payroll reporting and benefits program financial management Lives the Values of the Rhodes Team Believes and is committed to our mission to enhance the lives of our customers and our team through building communities Is driven by outcomes and results, and wants to be held accountable for them Has a propensity for action, willing to make mistakes by doing in order to learn and improve quickly Thrives in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment; is comfortable with ambiguity and change Seeks and responds well to feedback, which is shared often and freely across all levels of the organization Works through silos and forges strong cross-departmental relationships in order to achieve outcomes Embodies Rhodes Enterprises Inc.

Seven or more years of related experience required, in an organization with greater than $70MM in annual revenue, construction industry preferred.

CPA preferred Knowledge and Skills: Accounting Close Capital Planning Business Planning & Budget Reporting Analysis Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems, experience with MarkSystems builder software a plus Must possess demonstrated knowledge of home construction finance and accounting management, Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications as well as have savvy computer skills Strong in communication skills both oral and written as well as strong in organization skills Are willing to perform other duties as assigned FLSA Status: This position is considered exempt position for purposes of wage-hour law, which means you be paid an annual salary and not be eligible for overtime.
