Bilingual Accounting Clerk

This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted January 9, 2019.

excelHR’s client located in Vanier is looking for a bilingual Accounting Clerk for a short term contract. The incumbent will also be in charge of some Receptionist duties. This position offers you a great chance to work for a Tax Firm for 40 hours a week Monday to Friday.

Roles and Responsibilities
Must be able to greet clients in a friendly and timely manner
Answering phone calls and transferring them to the right person or department
Processing and entering accounting transacting from different clients
Email correspondence
Data entry

Qualifications and Experience

Proficient with Sage 50 or any Accounting software
Bilingual in French and English

Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar field

Education and Certifications
College Diploma Preferred field of study: Accounting
