Accounts Payable Clerk

This is a Full-time position in Ottawa, ON posted January 28, 2019.

The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services, including but not limited to:

– Total, batch, enter, verify and reconcille transactions related to accounts payable and receivable, payroll, purchase orders, cheques, invoices, cheque requisitions, and bank statements in a ledger or computer system
– Verify the accuray and integrity and assist in the preparation of financial statements and other management reports
– Complete monthly cash reconciliation
– Process travel claims and invoices
College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Bookkeeping or in a related field.
