Responsibilities Review financial accounting data for the company for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to GAAP; Assist Accounting on financial issues that relate to jobs A/P, A/R, Job Orders, Invoice Processing, Provide Cash Flow Information; Review, establish and implement procedures for invoicing that are compliant to specific contracts; Prepare ECA’s Timesheet processing
– Review and Backup Credit Card Review
– Ingleside Fleet Prepare Barge, ICW, and Expense Reports Create spreadsheets in Excel; Work efficiently and confidently using QuickBooks; Prepare professional correspondence and compile reports; Complete special projects and other duties as assigned; Interface with external auditors on annual financial audits; Assist in the preparation of all forecasts and budgets.

Assist with Daily Fleet Operations and Business Development for Ingleside Fleet Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance and equivalent experience Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask Advance use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
